At Pothys, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your ethnic wear, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Pothys account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unwashed, unused, and packed in its original packaging with all brand tags, invoice copies, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 48 to 72 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Pothys wallet within 7-10 working days.
